§ 1 Applicable Terms of Trade
All business transactions are subject to the following conditions of use. We do not recognize any different conditions suggested by any customer.
§ 2 Contract
When you order an item at www.antiquariat-peteribbetson.de, we affirm that we received your order by sending you an e-mail. Our offers are not-binding. The contract becomes valid as soon as we send you a bill or invoice.
§ 3 Terms of Payment
In principle, we only deliver after we have received your payment. We kindly ask our German customers to pay by bank transfer. For our international customers, we offer payment by Paypal in addition. Of course it is also possible to send us the money cash in Euro.
§ 4 Shipping
We deliver your item to the shipping address you provide us with. Each item ships within one day after we receive your payment. We exclusively use mail delivery services by the German Post. If you do not explicitly wish otherwise, we ship your items the cheapest way without insurance. If you wish, we are pleased to ship your item by registered mail for an extra charge.

Books: < 500 g: 1,50 € / 500-1000 g: 2,20 €
Parcel: < 2000 g: 4,90 € / 2001-5000 g: 8,00 € / 5001-10000 g: 11,00 € / 10001-20000 g: 15,00 €.
INTERNATIONAL/EUROPE:
Books: < 500 g: 4,00 € / > 500-1000 g: 5,50 €
Parcel (surface mail): < 2000 g: 10,00 € / 2001-5000 g: 18,00 € for EC Countries,
32,00 for Non-EC Countries / 5000-10000 g: 23,00 € EC, 37,00 € Non-EC
INTERNATIONAL/WORLD (surface mail):
Books: < 500 g: 4,00 € / 500-1000 g: 5,50 €.
Small Parcel: < 2000 g: 14,00 €
Parcel: 2001-5000 g: 34,00 € North & South America, Australia, Near East, 39,00 € Rest of the World / 5001-10000 g: 45,00 € North & South America, Australia, Near East, 55,00 € Rest of the World.
§ 5 Return & Refund
According to German law § 3 FernAbsG and § 361a BGB, you have the right to return any item within 14 days after having received your order. If you wish to return an item, please contact us to get into communication regarding further procedure. Please note that we may keep back a reduction of value caused by your use of the product.
§ 6 Applicable Law
All business is subject to German law with exclusion of the CISG.
